교사 소개 : 안녕하세요. 초등 1반 친구들과 함께 배움과 성장이 있는 반을 만들어 갈 교사 이지선입니다. 15여 년을 해외에서 아이들을 낳고 키우며 살다가 잠시 잊고 있었던 한국에서 강사로 아이들과 함께했던 열정적이고 즐겁고 행복했던 기억들이 떠올라 다시 한번 아이들과 함께하고 싶은 마음에 기쁘고 감사하는 마음으로 한글학교에 지원하게 되었습니다.

 아이가 잘하는 점을 먼저 찾아서 칭찬해 주고, 아이들의 이야기를 잘 들여다보고 아이가 무슨 생각을 하는지 어떤 것을 원하는지 아이에 대해 올바르게 이해하며 따뜻한 마음으로 안아주는 교사가 되고 싶습니다.

 우리 아이들이 한국어 교육, 한국 문화, 역사를 통해 한국을 알고 모국어를 배우고 한국인의 뿌리를 찾아 정체성을 확고히 하여 해외 어디에서든 자긍심을 가지고 살며 두나라 말과 문화를 아는 미래의 주역으로 성장하길 바라는 마음은 모든 부모님들의 마음일 것이라 생각합니다.

 아이와 교사와 학부모가 함께 행복해지는 한글학교가 되길 바라며, 사랑으로 아이들을 대하는 부모의 마음으로, 아이들의 가슴속에 꿈의 씨앗이 자라나는 모습에 즐거워해 주는 교사의 마음으로 아이들과 함께 재미있고 즐겁게 배우고 공부하며 한국을 느끼고 싶습니다.

Introduction: Hello, I am Jisun Lee, a teacher who is going to be in charge of the first grade class of Korean school.

 Let me briefly introduce myself. I have lived here in Eindhoven for 8 years. I’m married and I have 2 kids. I majored in art at Kyunghee Univ. in Korea and studied Eng. at City Univ. of NY and French in Nice. Recently I have completed the regular 1, 2 and special training courses in the Korean school teacher certification course provided by the Overseas Koreans Foundation.

 My teaching experience with many good memories in the past in Korea made me decide to be a teacher again here at Korean school.

 As a teacher I want to help my students bring out their best and encourage them with lots of praises. I’ll try my best to be understanding and caring. I think it’s important for them to learn their native language, culture and history. And through them, strengthen their identities & roots and feel proud to be Koreans. I’m sure it’ll also play a great part in narrowing the generation gap with their parents. I hope they grow into future leaders of multicultural society. I really look forward to studying with my students and having a great time together.
